Holiday Hours & Office Closure
​Our clinic will be taking a short break from November 22nd to December 8th, and again from December 20th to January 5th to celebrate the holiday season.
We’ll be back in the office on Tuesday, December 9th, and will reopen again after the holidays on Tuesday, January 6th. Please note that portal and email messages will not be reviewed or responded to during these closure periods.
If you need to reach us urgently, you may leave a voicemail at 519-215-3826, and we’ll return your call once we’re back in the office.  For medical emergencies, please call 911 or visit your nearest hospital. Thank you for your understanding and continued trust.
